In this fun and informative class, you’ll:

  • Learn the basics of sourdough science and what makes it so magical
  • Mix your very own dough in class to take home and bake
  • Practice shaping techniques on pre-prepared dough (no pressure!)
  • Troubleshoot common sourdough issues so you can bake with confidence
  • Explore different baking methods to find what works best for you
  • Take home your own bubbly starter – your new kitchen pet!

You’ll also receive a comprehensive guide covering everything we go over in class, so you’re never left guessing. You’ll leave with:

  • A loaf you mixed, ready to bake at home
  • A healthy sourdough starter
  • The mixing bowl and rubber spatula you used in class
  • A whole lot of sourdough confidence!

Recommended for home: A digital kitchen scale (nothing fancy – just something to help you measure in grams like a pro).
