The Central Tech Truck Driver Training Program lasts 23 training days and includes classroom instruction, range, and highway driving.
Two CDL Class Options:
OPTION A (4-1/2 weeks)
Includes tuition, books, supplies, and drug test – Oklahoma Resident Tuition: $4,300. Housing for 23 days is available at the Drumright location only, (based on location availability) and is available at no additional charge. Central Tech will make housing reservations for students.
The permit costs $81.50. You are responsible for the $25 processing fee on the day you receive your CDL license, plus any applicable retake fees.
OPTION B (5-1/2 weeks)
Includes everything in Option A, plus one (1) additional week for on-site instructor-led and self-study CDL permit prep, DOT physical, and permit cost $81.50. You will be responsible for any retake fees for test failures, plus the $25.00 processing fee. The total cost is $4,800 for Oklahoma Residents.
NOTE: With either option, you must provide an original or certified copy of your state-issued birth certificate or passport, and proof of Oklahoma domicile/residency each time you interact with the Department of Public Safety.

Oklahoma residents must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license prior to the first day of class to be eligible for in-state tuition rates.

For a limited time, grant money has been set aside to assist minorities with educational funding to obtain a CDL.
Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and be employable in the trucking industry. Restrictions apply.
